Rescue workers and civilians worked together to dig victims and survivors out of the rubble after the roof of a private school in Basti Eid Gah in Lahore collapsed on Tuesday.
Local authorities say the 14 children confirmed dead in the landslide were between the ages of 4 and 12, and that a teacher is among the injured.
Two people have been arrested in connection with the incident, and police are investigating.
Pakistani Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif expressed "sorrow over the loss" and "prays for the speedy recovery of the injured," in a written statement.
