Floods as a result of cloudbursts have caused the death of at least eleven people in the state of Texas in the USA.
The heavy rains struck on Thursday against the city of San Antonio, which led to water-filled roads and vehicles being washed away, reports the local TV station KENS5.
The rescue service is searching for four missing persons.
