Stock markets in China are still declining this morning. Shenzhen is down 0.9 percent and Shanghai is down 0.2 percent. The Hong Kong-based Hang Seng is also down, 0.4 percent.
South Korea's Kospi is down 2.0 percent at lunchtime.
In Tokyo, Japan, the Nikkei 225 is just above zero, up 0.1 percent, while the broader Topix is up 0.3 percent.
