Asian markets significantly up after new US-India trade agreement

The agreement includes a reduction in tariffs on imports from India, from 50 percent to 18 percent. India has also promised to buy $500 billion worth of American products, according to Trump.

South Korea's Kospi is up almost 7 percent after a plunge yesterday.

Japan's Nikkei 225 climbs 4 percent while the broader Topix rises 3 percent.

Shenzhen is up over 2 percent while Shanghai is up just over 1 percent. The Hong Kong-based Hang Seng is up only marginally.
