For the first time since the now-scrapped plan to sell shares of the World Cup to private investors, the three federations are issuing joint criticism of International Football Association (FIFA) president Gianni Infantino.
In an open letter, they criticise FIFA's current leadership, without mentioning Infantino by name.
“There is silence where there should be accountability, and distance where there should be openness,” they write.
They also strongly criticise the crisis meeting, where only selected parts of FIFA's top leadership were allowed to attend, that Infantino held in Morocco last week.
"It is not an action befitting a sports administrator, but rather someone who believes that the sport is accountable to him."
