The festival was supposed to be held on August 7-8 in Nynäshamn, with artists such as Molly Sandén, Orup, Medina and Smash Into Pieces. However, the company that ran the festival went bankrupt and the festival was canceled just days before.
Super sad, says Tess Merkel from Alcazar and Martin Rolinski, former member of BWO. The artists are now trying to arrange an alternative gig in Nynäshamn on the same dates, writes Aftonbladet .
"We have searched every single place in Nynäshamn and have found a few. We refuse to let the party die. We will do everything in our power to get a good pop concert that evening anyway," says Merkel.
