The paintings were stolen from the Magnani Rocca Foundation, a private art collection near Parma in southern Italy, on the night of March 22-23, Corriere della Sera reports.

The works stolen were Auguste Renoir's "Les poissons", Henri Matisse's "Odalisque sur la terrasse" and Paul Cézanne's "Natura morta con ciliegie".

No one has been arrested in the case, but the four masked thieves were caught on surveillance cameras.
