Arrest lifted for man in his 80s suspected of murder in Linköping

The prosecutor has lifted the arrest warrant for the man in his 80s who was suspected of murder in Linköping.

There are no longer any concrete circumstances suggesting the man committed a crime, the Prosecution Authority says in a press release.

On Friday night a 75-year-old woman was found dead in a home in Linköping. Because the circumstances were unclear, the case was classified as murder, and an elderly man who was in the home was arrested.
