The Danish group Aqua's music becomes a new musical. ”Aqua the musical” depicts the group's successful journey together with their biggest hits.
”We have been on a wild journey, full of experiences that we have never really told about before. Now we are incredibly excited to reveal them in a musical for the rest of the world", says Aqua in a press release.
Aqua became world-famous in the late 90s, mainly for the eurodance song ”Barbie girl” which was included on the debut album ”Aquarium”.
”Aqua the musical” premieres at The Royal Theatre in Copenhagen in 2028.
