Ivarsson competes for the Jämtland club Tullus SG. In Sunday's SM relay he was part of the second team that finished fifth and last in the men's race. Tullus' first team, including Martin Ponsiluoma, took the SM gold ahead of I21 IF led by Sebastian Samuelsson.
This season, Ivarsson has competed in the IBU Cup, the step below the World Cup.
