Anthropic revenue jumps 50% in third quarter to $16.8 billion, sources say

Anthropic's revenue increased by about 50 percent in the third quarter, the company told investors. In total, the AI giant took in the equivalent of about SEK 167 billion from July through September.

Anthropic, the company behind the AI model Claude, among other things, is reporting sharply higher revenue ahead of its IPO, which is expected to take place later this year. Revenue totaled $16.8 billion.

The figures come from a meeting with investors, according to Bloomberg, which has seen them.

The company also said it had an adjusted operating margin of 11 percent for the quarter. Anthropic previously reported a net loss of $42 billion last year.
