The newspaper has, through sources, obtained insight into parts of the prospectus that AI giant Anthropic and its agent Claude are to release ahead of the planned IPO.
A third of the prospectus that investors are allowed to read contains risks about what Claude could do, such as "posing existential risks to humanity", but also engaging in blackmail, manipulation and other unforeseen events.
In 2025, the company made a loss of $8 billion and had $46 billion in revenue.
With a valuation of around $2 trillion, the company is expected to become the highest-valued IPO ever.
