It has been a fairy-tale journey, writes Ant Wan on social media, where he tells that he has decided to leave his life as an artist behind.

"I will never forget you and what we have achieved together, but it's time for me to live my life somewhere far away from cameras and spotlights. I hope you understand", he writes.

Ant Wan is one of Sweden's biggest hip-hop artists, with hits like "Malaika" and "Komplicerat". His latest album "Wanderland" came last year, 2024, the same year he broke Madonna's audience record at Tele2 arena in Stockholm. In 2023, he sold out Avicii arena, as the first Swedish hip-hop artist.
