A surfer in Australia was bitten by a shark on Tuesday, authorities said, the fourth shark attack in the state of New South Wales in 48 hours.
The man was surfing on the Mid North Coast, north of Sydney, when he was bitten by what authorities believe was a bull shark. He suffered minor injuries.
The other shark attacks occurred in the waters around Sydney. A man and a boy were seriously injured, while another boy escaped unharmed.
