56-year-old Erik Fleming, who worked in addiction rehabilitation, was sentenced to two years in prison by a court in Los Angeles.
He acted as an intermediary between Perry and the so-called "ketamine queen" Jasveen Sangha - recently sentenced to 15 years in prison - and is said to have provided ketamine doses to the TV star.
A total of five people have pleaded guilty to involvement in Perry's death. In addition to Fleming and Sangha, two doctors, Salvador Plasencia and Mark Chavez, have also been sentenced.
The fifth, Perry's personal assistant Kenneth Iwamasa, is awaiting sentencing.
Perry was found dead in his pool in October 2023. He was 54 years old.
