On its website, the bank states that the increase is 0.25–0.40 percentage points on fixed-interest periods between one and ten years. For example, a one-year loan will be increased by 0.25 percentage points to 3.54 percent.
This is also the bank's so-called list rate without individual pricing or discounting. Just like many other lenders, it also chooses to leave the three-month interest rate unchanged, in SEB's case at 3.84 percent.
One lender that differs, however, is Landshypotek, which has now chosen to also raise the three-month interest rate, in its case by 0.15 percentage points.
