The so-called list interest rate on a mortgage with a three-month fixed term will be increased by 0.05 percentage points, while the list interest rates on loans with a 2-5 year fixed term will be increased by 0.19-0.29 percentage points.
"Skandia prices mortgages based on the market situation and strives to be compliant with market interest rates," Skandia writes in a press release.
Earlier this week, Landshypotek, Länsförsäkringar and Nordea also announced that they had adjusted up certain mortgage rates.
