The turkeys will be killed on Monday, the country’s food authority said in a press release.
This is the second time in a few days that the authority has confirmed an outbreak of highly pathogenic avian influenza, a highly contagious variant of the disease.
The first cases of avian influenza are usually discovered in the autumn, when migratory birds pass over Denmark.
"At this time of year, it is especially important that everyone who keeps poultry or other birds does everything they can to prevent contact between their animals and wild birds," said Mette Kirkeskov Sie, head of unit at the authority, in the press release.
Last Friday, bird flu was confirmed in Slagelse Municipality on Zealand. On Saturday, approximately 40,000 turkeys were culled.
