Annie Ross takes over as chairperson from Markus Kallifatides. She was the nomination committee's choice.
"This annual meeting marks a new phase for the Reformists. We have proven ourselves as a force to be reckoned with in Swedish politics and social democracy," she said in the press release.
Ross has previously worked, among other roles, for EU parliamentarian Heléne Fritzon (S).
