Kabala takes over from Håkan Rudels, who, after two years in the role, is leaving to focus solely on Bonnier Books.
"I am very grateful for the trust and look forward to continuing to develop Bonnierförlagen. We are in a great position, but we are not settling down. I am entering with the attitude that we should shape our future, not just relate to it," says Kabala in a press release.
Annie Kabala was most recently the publishing manager at Forum and vice president of Bonnierförlagen.
