Anna Kinberg Batra is leaving the chairmanship of the Swedish Space Corporation (SSC), writes Aftonbladet. She has held the position since 2022.
Following sharp criticism from the Chancellor of Justice, the former leader of The Moderate Party was recently forced to leave her position as Governor of Stockholm. Instead, she will take up a position at the Government Offices.
"It is a type of position that the Ministry of Finance, together with Anna Kinberg Batra, assess cannot be combined with being the chair of the Space Corporation/SSC", writes the press secretary of Finance Minister Elisabeth Svantesson in a statement to Aftonbladet,
