Häcken, who are storming towards the Swedish women's league title at home in Sweden, looked for a long time to be heading for a third straight loss in the Champions League league phase.

The match at Stade Charléty had barely started when Häcken's Laney Egbuka sloppily passed the ball to the home team's Anaële Le Moguédec. She advanced immediately and set up Evelyne Viens to make it 1–0.

Häcken made three substitutions at half-time and shook up the match when substitute Maja Bodin hit the post almost immediately.

After that, the pace slowed. But in the closing stages, the home team's Clara Matéo was sent off. Häcken's onslaught paid off when Anna Anvegård took a pass beautifully, turned and scored to make it 1–1 in the 94th minute.

First goal and first point for the Hisingslaget.
