Swedish national team skier Edvin Anger had a tough Olympics in Italy, with modest results.
Shortly before the end of the Olympics, he also caught a cold, suffered from an ear infection and was forced to sit out the World Cup in Falun.
It has been up and down at the end when things haven't gone the way I wanted. Then it was sad, Anger tells Södra Dalarnes Tidning and continues:
- And then I got sick and had to take penicillin. It's been tough at the end.
Three World Cup weekends remain, but the comeback is delayed.
We'll see when I'm back in competition. It won't be Lahti, but then we'll see if it's Drammen or the USA - or if the World Cup season is over, says Anger.
