Leiv Synnes is leaving his role with immediate effect and Andreas Morfiadakis, former founder and CEO of the residential property company KlaraBo, will take over as CEO.

He has also previously been vice president of Victoria Park AB.

"When SBB completes its transformation into an investment company with leading operations in social infrastructure, we want a CEO with documented experience in building companies, creating shareholders and working closely with boards and management teams," writes Lennart Sten, chairman of the board, in a press release.

The crisis-hit company SBB, which until 2022 purchased municipal buildings, schools and retirement homes, among other things, remains a major owner of commercial properties around the country.
