Brazil was eliminated in the round of 16 of the World Cup after losing to Norway 2-1.

"I think the World Cup marked the end of a generation of very important players, Neymar, Danilo and Casemiro. Players who were all over 30," says the Italian.
Carlo Ancelotti faced heavy criticism after the World Cup, and there were reports that he would step down as coach. But then came the news that the 67-year-old, who has a contract with Brazil until 2030, would stay.
