The late star's father, Mitch Winehouse, claimed her friends did not have the right to sell the 155 items, which were auctioned between 2021 and 2023.

Among other things, they included shoes, bags and dresses that Winehouse wore during her last tour in 2011. The sales brought in over 1.4 million dollars, equivalent to nearly 12.8 million kronor.

However, her friends said the items were gifts or had been loaned to them. The court ruled that they "did not knowingly withhold the items" and that the father has no ownership rights to them.

Winehouse died in July 2011 of alcohol poisoning at age 27.
