D4vd was arrested Thursday at a Hollywood residence. He denies any wrongdoing, according to his defense attorney.
The girl's remains were found in September last year in a car registered to D4vd, who was on tour at the time. She had been missing since 2024 and is believed to have been 14 years old at the time of her death.
21-year-old D4vd, whose real name is David Burke, has previously appeared in the investigation into the murder.
D4vd became a TikTok sensation in 2022 with his song "Romantic homicide".
