"It's an exciting duo - there's both seriousness and humor here," says Romare, who will perform at various locations in Sweden during the championship.
The program will focus less on the game and results, and more on "reflecting the emotions, community and public celebrations around the matches," Sveriges Radio says in a statement.
"I'll love doing this show with Amanda. She is brave, funny and a little crazy," says Jihde.
"World Cup Summer in P4" will be broadcast on the radio channel P4 at 12:00–13:00 for four Sundays starting on June 7.
The World Cup starts on June 11.
