Al-Sharaa expressed himself according to Syrian media after talks in Damascus today. He talks about "all" organizations, but it seems to refer to all those who participated in the talks, not all in the country.
More than a fifth of Syria is held by Kurdish movements, primarily SDF (Syria's Democratic Forces) which has been supported by the USA. SDF is said not to have been invited to the talks.
However, Ahmed al-Sharaa said yesterday that all weapons in the country – including the Kurdish ones – should be controlled by the state. He said this at a press conference together with Turkey's Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan. Turkey is strongly skeptical of SDF, which the country claims is close to the Kurdistan Workers' Party (PKK) – and that organization is in turn labeled as a terrorist organization by Turkey.
