A cellmate convicted of murder has claimed he found the letter.
The letter says, among other things, "They investigated me for months - found nothing," "What do you want me to do - start crying!!" and it is "a joy to be able to choose" when to say goodbye.
Epstein was found dead in his cell three weeks after the first suspected suicide attempt. Conspiracy theories have circulated about how the convicted sex offender died, but the FBI, among others, has concluded that he took his own life.
