Alicia Vikander's new science fiction satire by director Fleur Fortuné gets a Swedish premiere on the streaming service Prime Video. In a near future where climate changes have made large parts of the globe almost uninhabitable, the "elite" are crowded on a small area with limited natural resources and must apply to have children. Only the most suitable are approved. Alicia Vikander plays inspector Virginia who moves in with a couple (played by Himesh Patel and Elizabeth Olsen) to assess them.

A unicorn – unicorn – is not only a mythical animal but also what an extremely good business idea is called, and that's the joke behind this horror satire. When dad (Paul Rudd) and daughter (Jenna Ortega) accidentally run over a unicorn, they soon discover that the creature has properties that can cure diseases, and many want to make money on it. But it also has life-threatening consequences.
