The Swede was in the top group heading into the final round and played solidly on Sunday. However, a double bogey on the 11th hole put a damper on Norén's result and he slipped back slightly.
The finish, along with the one at the Cadillac Championship this spring, is Norén's best on the PGA Tour this year.
American Michael Brennan won the competition at -22, three strokes ahead of runner-up Beau Hossler.
