According to the newspaper, Karp has purchased two more properties in Storsjö kapell, totaling 300 hectares and costing 5 million kronor.
The purchase is small compared with the previous deal, which involved almost 15,000 hectares and cost 235 million kronor. The deals mean that his company now owns most of the land south of Storsjön in western Härjedalen, the newspaper writes.
Alex Karp is the CEO of the controversial data analytics and AI company Palantir Technologies. The company has faced questions over how its platforms can analyze large amounts of data that are then used by, among others, defense and police agencies.
