FI also imposes a SEK 50 million fine on Alecta, according to a press release.
The Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority points out, among other things, that Alecta has failed in its risk controls.
"Overall, FI concludes that the investment risk has been higher than for real estate investments in general and that Alecta has disregarded the legal requirements that applied to the company's investment activities by making the investments," FI writes.
