Rescue services, an ambulance and police were called to the Swedish Transport Agency's premises in Örebro on Wednesday morning after the agency received a letter containing powder, local media reported.
Since it was unclear what kind of powder it was, both the letter and those who had been near it were isolated. A few hours later, the danger was over.
"Exactly what kind of powder it was is unclear, but it is not considered dangerous. The case is classified as an unlawful threat," the police said on their website.
