Nineteen's representative, lawyer Per Karlsson, said in a comment to TT that "the Ajat Group is abusing its dominant position in several different ways" and that, among other things, it has tried to remove Nineteen from the market.

According to the complaint, competitors have significantly reduced prices on student caps at high schools where Nineteen competes.

"They maintain high price levels at all other schools where they do not face competition," Nineteen writes in its complaint.

The Ajat Group, owned by listed serial acquirer Röko, includes, among others, the ABC Group and Crown Student. Two years ago, a competitor reported the Ajat Group for unfair business practices.
