A total of 3.1 million passengers flew via Swedavia's airports in May – an increase of three percent compared with the corresponding period last year.
Domestic travel increased by two percent, while international travel increased by just over three percent. International travel is also affected to some extent by the current global situation, particularly by the situation in the Middle East, according to Swedavia.
Arlanda had just over 2.2 million passengers in May, an increase of just under two percent compared with May last year. The corresponding figure for Landvetter was just over 500,000 passengers, an increase of almost four percent.
