The air raid alarm sounds in Kyiv, report several media outlets. Ukraine's air force warns of an incoming Russian missile attack.
This occurs while a number of European heads of state and government are present in the Ukrainian capital to mark the three-year anniversary of the Russian invasion.
According to the Norwegian news agency NTB, which is also in Kyiv, the air raid alarm began to howl shortly after 10 am on Monday morning.
Just beforehand, Ukraine's President Volodymyr Zelenskyj had received the visiting leaders in a ceremony at a hotel in Kyiv.
