Air China to buy 55 Airbus jets in $12.4 billion deal

This concerns 15 Airbus A350-900s for Air China and an additional 40 A320neo aircraft for subsidiary Shenzhen Airlines, according to a stock exchange announcement published on the Shanghai Stock Exchange.

The actual price tag for the 55 aircraft will be below list prices. Deliveries are scheduled for 2029-2032.
