Andreas Redkin had to be carried out on a stretcher in AIK's Allsvenskan home premiere against IFK Norrköping.
The 18-year-old midfielder, with merits from both the Swedish P17 and P19 national teams, screamed out his pain and clutched his left knee after winning the ball on "Peking's" half of the pitch at the end of the first half at Strawberry Arena, in front of around 40,000 spectators.
Bersant Celina, who saved "Gnaget" in stoppage time in the series premiere away against Gais in Gothenburg on Monday, replaced Redkin.
Norrköping leads the match 1-0 after an own goal by AIK's Sotirios Papagiannopoulos in the first half.
