Muzito Bagenda decided the outcome with only 14 seconds remaining of the fourth period.

It's clear that it's a morale boost. Match 5 away, we're going to win that and then decide here at home, says the forward to TV4 Play.

AIK was on its way to victory in the third semifinal on Saturday, but a wrongly judged penalty led to Karlskoga equalizing at the end and winning in overtime.

The fourth semifinal was even and tight, the teams didn't give each other many offensive opportunities.

At least that was the case in two periods.

Karlskoga let in a chance at the start of the second period and skilled home defender Alfred Barklund could score 1–0.

In the third period, it opened up.

On more than six hot minutes, Christoffer Jansson, who decided the third match, equalized in numerical superiority and Alexander Ljungkrantz shot 2–1.

Karlskoga had turned it around.

Home team's Scott Pooley stepped forward and equalized after outsmarting an unfortunate Samuel Jonsson in the guests' goal from a poor angle.

Then Muzito Bagenda could decide after an overtime where Karlskoga created the hottest chances and also had a power play, without succeeding.

The fifth semifinal will be played in Karlskoga on Wednesday.

In the other semifinal, the score is also 2–2 between Djurgården and Södertälje.

The winner of the HockeyAllsvenskan playoffs takes the step up to SHL.
