Among the twelve individual organizations behind the criticism are, among others, Save the Children and Oxfam.
The criticism is directed directly at Israel's blocking of emergency aid transports of food, medicine, and life-saving supplies to Gaza.
"The lifeline has been completely cut off since Israel introduced a total blockade of aid transports on March 2," the organizations write in their statement.
The situation is exacerbated by "widespread and indiscriminate bombings that make it extremely dangerous to move around in Gaza," the organizations note.
All inhabitants of Gaza are directly dependent on support for survival, but the aid cannot reach them:
"We are facing a total collapse," say the leaders of the twelve organizations.
