The heads of state and government of the EU countries had a redemptive meeting with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy in Cyprus on Thursday, after the multi-billion-dollar loan and sanctions package was passed.
There was a sigh of relief everywhere, not least on Zelenskyy's part. Then we should be clear that it is not that we have solved any problem - rather we have avoided a disaster, says Prime Minister Ulf Kristersson (M) afterwards.
He and many others within the EU note that it is already time to start focusing on the next sanctions package.
"There are a lot of people right now who are very focused on the shadow fleet. There is more to do," says the Prime Minister.
