The Danish-Swedish politician and provocateur Rasmus Paludan has been banned from demonstrating in Copenhagen for the next 24 hours, he writes on X.
The Copenhagen police confirm the information to the Danish newspaper BT.
”The Copenhagen police can confirm that we today, based on a concrete assessment, have ordered Rasmus Paludan not to participate in demonstrations in the police district for the next 24 hours", the police write in a comment to the newspaper.
Paludan has stated that he was contacted by PET, the Danish equivalent of Säpo, after the murder of Salwan Momika. Like Momika, he has on several occasions burned copies of the Koran in public places.
