The airports in Tel Aviv, Doha and Dubai have announced they are closed until further notice, and almost all flights to and from those airports on Saturday have been canceled.
But air traffic is not only affected on Saturday. Budget airline Norwegian is suspending flights to Dubai until March 4.
Lufthansa is canceling flights to and from Tel Aviv, Beirut and Oman. Air France is canceling all flights to Israel and Beirut. SAS is also canceling flights.
Turkish Airlines is canceling flights to Iraq, Iran, Lebanon and Syria until March 2. British Airways is canceling all flights to Tel Aviv and Bahrain until Tuesday, March 3.
Wizz Air is canceling all flights to Israel, Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Amman until March 7.
