Prosecutor Per-Erik Rinsell has requested assistance from Ireland's Department of Justice, according to documents that SVT has taken part of. This concerns information about Rickard Andersson, who is suspected of mass murder.

The police want to rule out that Andersson had accomplices, it appears from the documents – which are largely masked. In a broad formulation, they write that it is important to know if he has "been in contact with anyone else in any way".

This also concerns information about Andersson's financial transactions during the period January 2023 to October 2024. This is to map out his movements and contacts during the period.

I will not answer any further questions, says Rinsell to SVT.

According to Aftonbladet, which has also taken part of the documents, Rinsell writes that the case is urgent.
