According to Yle, both will participate in the Sweden Hockey Games from May 7–10.
"Barkov brings world-class leadership, experience and skills. As a valued player and a well-liked person, he brings a lot to the team. It is very nice that he wanted to come to the World Cup, despite a long injury layoff," says Finland's national team coach Antti Pennanen in a press release.
"It's great that Lundell is joining the team. He is a smart and versatile player, an important addition to our offense," says Pennanen.
The World Cup begins on May 15 in Switzerland.
