The two employees have been suspended since last fall after being reported to the police for, among other things, illegal wiretapping. Now, the region's acting HR manager, Lina Tibbelin, confirms that the employees will be dismissed.
In February, the director of operations at the forensic psychiatric regional clinic in Växjö was also forced to resign.
It was in December that Dagens Nyheter revealed that patients at the forensic psychiatric clinic had been secretly filmed for several years, including during sexual activity or meetings with their lawyers.
