Among those targeted in the thousands of sexualized images is Sweden's Minister of Energy and Industry Ebba Busch (KD), who was depicted wearing a bikini.
The exact measures are unknown. X previously restricted image generation to paying users only. However, the new measures will apply to everyone on the platform.
