When the already previously criticized journal system Millennium in the Västra Götaland region was introduced, healthcare staff could read journals they did not have the right to read, reports P4 Sjuhärad.
Seven incidents related to personal data have been reported, according to the radio.

The incidents are being investigated by the region. However, it is not known what information may have leaked, and to what extent.
The healthcare system Millennium began to be introduced in mid-November, but was paused after three days due to, among other things, technical problems and large protests from staff.
